1. Select the appropriate alarm tone.
Select the sound that brings you back to reality, even from the deepest sleep.
While the radio set to start playing your favorite station to wake you may sound appealing, the actual music actually helps you get back to sleep.
Select the alarm tone disturbing that jolts you out of bed to free themselves from the noise.
2. Put the alarm at a suitable distance.
Place an alarm so you have to get up from the bed to stop it. Oversleep can happen because you turn off the alarm without being fully aware of your actions.
3. Do not delay wake.
Avoid using the snooze button on the alarm. The use of a snooze feature can result in you accidentally turn off the alarm.
You also may forget how many times it has been shut off the alarm and eventually make oversleep.
Try to immediately get up so the first alarm goes off.
4. Have a regular sleep schedule.
